How long is the gift voucher valid for?
Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Can I use my voucher towards a service that costs more than the voucher value?
Absolutely. If the service selected is more than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance can simply be paid at the time of booking.
Can I use my voucher for a service that costs less than the voucher value?
Yes, the remaining balance can be put towards another styling service, provided the voucher is still within its validity period.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes! Gift vouchers are transferable, so if your plans change, you can gift it to someone else.
How will I receive the gift voucher?
Your beautifully presented gift voucher will be provided via Express Post or digitally, making it easy to email or print and pop into a card.
